I'm Douglas Jarquin. I live in Davie, FL, where I wrangle servers and code.

I’ve loved solving technical puzzles for as long as I can remember. I started my career configuring CAD systems for a machine shop, where I learned the importance of making technology work seamlessly with complex processes.

My passion for helping people and scaling systems really took off in 2004, when I moved on to building websites for client. I loved the challenge of ensuring uptime and performance, even during unexpected traffic spikes, and it sort of become my niche.

Today, I’m the Director of DevOps at Zumba Fitness, where I lead a team of engineers and operations professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our global platform.

My journey has always been about finding elegant solutions to technical challenges — and geniunely excited to wake up and tackle new challenges every day.
